A Different Kind of Whitewater

Tuesday, December 8, 2009 by Blue Heron Whitewater Staff
With the light snow we just got came an opportunity to see how well Blue Heron Whitewater rafts It's Still Whitewaterhandle on a different kind of white water on the French Broad River. Or, at least close to the French Broad River. Getting to the put in was a bit of a haul, but once the boat got on the water it was smooth as ice. Matt and Maggie and their intrepid dog, Ruby successfully challenged the days biggest rapid and although Ruby didn't stay in the raft for the entire run it is believed that a good time was had by all.

Brilliant! Looks like Blue Heron knows how to celebrate the winter months with pizazz.

Great pictures Ciro! The only thing that could make them better is if the pictures of you falling out were in there. Peace and Chicken Grease...Matter
